Terms of Service
PPMS Analysis Terms of Service
These terms govern access to PPMS Analysis, a collaborative scientific data analysis application with optional Google Drive project storage.
1. Acceptance
By using PPMS Analysis, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the PPMS Analysis Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
PPMS Analysis provides tools to upload, parse, plot, annotate, save, share, and export PPMS-related scientific data projects. Google Drive integration is optional and allows users to save and load PPMS Analysis project files from their own Google Drive account.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the files, data, notes, photos, and project content you upload or share.
- You must have the right to process and share any data you use in PPMS Analysis.
- You must not use PPMS Analysis to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- You must protect recovery codes, shared links, and Google account access.
- You must review plots, calculations, exports, and analysis outputs before relying on them.
4. Google Drive integration
Connecting Google Drive authorizes PPMS Analysis to perform Drive actions needed for project sync and version history. You can disconnect Google Drive inside PPMS Analysis and can revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. You remain responsible for managing files stored in your Google Drive.
5. Collaboration and shared links
Session owners can create shared workspace links with viewer or editor permissions. Anyone with a valid shared link may access the shared content according to the selected permission level. Share links should only be sent to trusted recipients.
6. Availability and changes
PPMS Analysis may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided without a guaranteed uptime, retention period, or compatibility promise.
7. No professional advice
PPMS Analysis is a scientific software tool. Outputs, plots, fitted values, parsed data, and exports are not professional, engineering, legal, medical, or safety advice. Users must independently verify results for their own use case.
8. Disclaimer
PPMS Analysis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPMS Analysis and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or research output arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
Access may be limited or terminated if the service is misused, if these terms are violated, or if continued access creates operational, security, or legal risk.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the project maintainer through the public GitHub profile at github.com/Amirux-dev or through the support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
